lose weight

Growing up, I was not a chubby little girl that every one finds cute nor teases by other kids.   I had a normal body weight. But since i started working, thats when my weight has begun to grow. I had begun to gain weight from no exercise and stress from work and i have gone 10 pounds over my current weight.

I do not like to be very skinny because I’m petite. Instead i want a little fat, or have an average body type so i dont feel little. But since my face is the one that gets affected when i gain weight i have enrolled myself in a gym and lost the weight that i have gained… After a year of no gym my weight has started to come back and now im 15 pounds over weight. Since gym is not an option right now. I have started using the slimming tea. I found this Biofit tea in the grocery store and thought to try it… and ta da i feel like im losing weight though i dont seem to see it in my body. The slimming tea effects were a few trips to the bathroom. Since i have a constipation problem. this slimming tea has helped me. Now i have a daily trip to the bathroom and a few more.

I have this book "If i really wanted to lose weight, i would.." is a book about losing weight on the right way. It has advces, tips and insights to lose weight the right way.
